Towing Across Ottawa & the Surrounding Highways

We run from our base near Lebreton Flats across the whole city and out onto Highway 417, Highway 416 and Highway 174: downtown parking garages, suburban driveways and rural shoulders alike.

The four we cover most

Each of these has its own page with the roads, landmarks and the kind of calls we get there.

Nepean

Merivale, Bells Corners, Centrepointe, Craig Henry and the Highway 416 corridor.

Kanata

The tech park, Katimavik, Bridlewood, Stittsville and the 417 west corridor.

Barrhaven

Longfields, Stonebridge, Half Moon Bay, Strandherd and the Fallowfield interchange.

Orléans

Avalon, Fallingbrook, Chapel Hill, Navan and the full length of Highway 174.

Downtown & inner neighbourhoods

We are based near Lebreton Flats, so the inner city is our fastest coverage, including the underground garages and tight downtown streets that larger operators avoid.

Out to the city edge

The outer suburbs and rural edges add distance, so expect a longer arrival window. We will always tell you honestly what it is.

Highway towing and recovery

Highway breakdowns are the ones where getting it right matters most. Traffic is moving fast, the shoulder is narrow, and standing in the wrong place is genuinely dangerous.

If you break down on a highway: get onto the shoulder if you still have steering, put your hazards on, and get out on the side away from traffic, behind the guardrail where there is one. Do not attempt a tire change in a live lane, and do not stand between your vehicle and oncoming traffic.

When you call, the two most useful things you can tell us are the nearest exit number and which direction you are travelling. Those let us approach from the correct side rather than driving past you and having to turn around.

  • Highway 417 (the Queensway): east and west across the city
  • Highway 416: south toward Kemptville and the 401
  • Highway 174: east through Orléans to Rockland
  • Airport Parkway and the Hunt Club corridor
  • Bronson, Bank, Carling and Merivale: the main arterials
  • Interprovincial bridges into Gatineau

About our coverage

  • Do you charge more for outlying areas?

Distance is one of the things that affects the price, so a run out to Navan or Carp costs more than one to Centretown. You will hear the number before we dispatch, either way.

  • My area is not on your list. Do you still come?

Probably. The lists here are the places we go most often, not a boundary. Call and ask. It is usually a yes.

  • Do you cross into Quebec?

Yes, including Gatineau and the surrounding area. Mention the destination when you call.

  • How do I tell you where I am on a highway?

The nearest exit number and your direction of travel are the two most useful things. If you are not sure, text us a location pin from your phone instead.

Stuck right now? Call us.
