Accessibility

Our commitment

M.G Roadside Towing Inc. is committed to serving people with disabilities in a way that respects their dignity and independence, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

This website

We built this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA in mind. That includes:

• Text with strong contrast against its background, and nothing smaller than 16 pixels
• Buttons and links large enough to tap easily, at least 44 by 44 pixels
• Everything usable with a keyboard, with a clear visible focus outline
• Headings and labels that work with screen readers, and no information given by colour alone
• No flashing content, no autoplaying sound, and no animation you have to sit through

We have not had the site independently audited, so some things may still fall short. If anything is hard to use, please tell us.

Other ways to reach us

You never have to use this website to get help. You can call or text (613) 265-5529, 24 hours a day. If you are Deaf, hard of hearing or prefer not to talk, texting works just as well as calling.

Information in another format

If you need anything on this website, or any document from us, in another format (such as large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone), ask us and we will work with you to provide it as soon as we can, at no extra cost.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on how we serve people with disabilities, including on this website. You can give it by phone or text at (613) 265-5529, by email at Roadside613@gmail.com, or in writing to M.G Roadside Towing Inc., 345 Lebreton St S, Ottawa, ON K1S 3E7. Tell us how you would like us to reply, and we will respond in that way.
