Terms of service
The terms that apply to this website and to services provided by M.G Roadside Towing Inc.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Who we are
This website is operated by M.G Roadside Towing Inc. (“we”, “us”), 345 Lebreton St S, Ottawa, ON K1S 3E7. Phone and text: (613) 265-5529. Email: Roadside613@gmail.com. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Safety first
Anything on this site about breakdowns or collisions is general information, not professional, legal, mechanical or safety advice for your situation. If anyone is injured, or vehicles are blocking live traffic, call 911 before anything else. Do not call or text us while driving.
Quotes and prices
We do not publish prices, because the cost depends on the service, the distance, the vehicle and the circumstances. We give you a price before work begins, based on what you tell us. If things turn out to be materially different on arrival (a different vehicle, a different location, or a job that needs different equipment), the price may change, and we will tell you before going ahead.
Arrival times
We aim to answer 24 hours a day. Any arrival time we give is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, road closures and demand all affect it.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about where you are, the vehicle and what happened
- Be the owner of the vehicle, or have the owner’s permission to request the service
- Show proof of ownership when we ask, particularly for lockouts and scrap removal
- Remove your belongings and, for scrap vehicles, your licence plates
- Pay the agreed amount for the service provided
Vehicle condition and belongings
We take care with every vehicle and use equipment suited to it. Please tell us anything that affects how it should be moved: all-wheel drive, modifications, low clearance, an electric drivetrain, existing damage, seized wheels or a locked steering column. We are not responsible for damage or faults that were already there, or for damage caused by information that was not disclosed to us. Please remove your belongings before the vehicle is towed; we are not responsible for items left inside.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income, missed appointments or travel costs.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no copying it in bulk by automated means. The site is provided as it is; we try to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.
Reviews
Customer reviews on this site are quoted word for word from our public Google Business Profile. They are the opinions of their authors, who wrote them independently, and they remain the authors’ words.
