Nobody calls a tow truck because their day is going well. That single fact shapes how we run this company.

What we actually do

We tow vehicles and we fix the small roadside problems that do not need a tow. That covers towing cars, vans, SUVs and pickups, flatbed transport for all-wheel drive and low-clearance vehicles, accident recovery, winch-outs, battery boosts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, motorcycles, long-distance moves, and scrap vehicle removal.

We also work with property managers and businesses across Ottawa who need a towing company they can call repeatedly rather than hunt for each time.

How we operate

We quote before we hook up. You hear the price while you are still deciding, not after your vehicle is on the deck. The number we say on the phone is the number you pay. This is the single most common complaint people have about towing companies, and it is entirely avoidable.

We tell you when you do not need us. If a boost will solve it, we will not sell you a tow. If a winch-out gets you back on the road under your own power, we will not load the vehicle. Talking someone into a service they did not need is a good way to never hear from them again.

A person answers the phone. Not a queue, not an app, not a dispatch centre three provinces away. Someone who knows Ottawa roads and can tell you what is realistic.

We bring the right truck. Tell us the year, make and model and we send equipment that suits it. All-wheel drive, lowered, electric and luxury vehicles go on a flatbed, because towing them any other way causes damage that costs far more than the difference.

Open when you actually need us

Our Google listing says open 24 hours and we mean it literally. Most breakdowns do not happen at two in the afternoon on a clear Tuesday. They happen on the way home in the dark, on a long weekend, or during the first real snowfall of the year when half the city discovers their battery is finished.

Nights, weekends, statutory holidays and storms are normal working hours here.

Where we work

We are based near Lebreton Flats, which puts central Ottawa within quick reach and gives us good access to Highway 417, Highway 416 and Highway 174. We cover the whole city, from downtown, Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orléans, Gloucester, Stittsville and out to the rural edges, plus Gatineau across the river.
