Call 24/7
The fastest way to get a truck moving. You get a price and an arrival window before you hang up.
Call us. We’re open right now.
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Tell us where you are and what happened, and we’ll take it from there.
Text us
Send a location pin from your phone’s map app. It’s far more precise than typing an address, especially on a highway.

We are a mobile towing operation working out of this address, not a walk-in shop. If you want to drop a vehicle off or meet us here, call first: the truck may well be out on a call.
Telling us where you are
The single most useful thing you can do is be specific about your location. In order of usefulness:
- A location pin texted from your phone’s map app, always the most accurate
- A street address, if you are somewhere with one
- The nearest intersection plus which corner you are on
- On a highway: the nearest exit number and your direction of travel
- In a parking garage: the building, the level and the section
What we will ask you
So we can send the right truck the first time and give you an accurate price:
- Where you are, as precisely as you can manage
- The year, make and model of the vehicle
- What happened: will not start, flat tire, collision, locked out
- Whether the vehicle rolls, steers and has keys
- Where you want it taken, if you already know
Getting in touch
What is the fastest way to reach you?
Calling. A phone call gets a truck moving faster than anything else, and you get a price and an arrival window before you hang up.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Text (613) 265-5529, and if you can, send a location pin from your phone's map app. That is more precise than any address you could type.
Is the address a shop I can drop my car at?
Call before coming to the address. We are a mobile towing operation and the truck may be out on a call, so a quick ring saves you a wasted trip.
Do you answer on holidays?
Yes. 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including statutory holidays.
Stuck right now? Call us.
